is it possible that my duck is potty trained , i have a White Pekin duck he's about 3 month's old and when i hold him in my lap he won't poop on me he's likes me i guess because he will sit in my lap without moving and most of the time fall asleep [IMG] then when he needs to poop he will lift his head up straight in the air and scramble to get him sctraching me make me put him down he then poops and comes back to me is it possible he's potty trained?

I wouldn't say potty trained exactly. No animal likes to mess where they sleep. So it is only natural that your duck would want to get away from where he is sleeping to eliminate. Enjoy, he sounds like a keeper. [IMG]

Mine do the SAME EXACT THING!! We were trying to figure out if they were holding it or the movement from putting them down loosened things up.
