They are both cockerels. Beautiful boys. Males are always prettier than females, flowing feathers, often more colors, and they crow. It can happen a female will crow but its very rare. Those are definatly males even if they never crow. They have long saddle feathers, long tail feathers with sickle feathers, and long thin hackle feathers.
