Is Ladybird really a lady?

I have a female hen that continues to mount and uh... ride the other hens. She's 100% female. Not saying that's normal behavior, but it shouldn't be the deciding factor in gender determination in my opinion.

I would like to see a picture of the whole bird, but from the head shot I think it is a rooster.
