Is Mt Healthy NPIP?

I would assume that they are because they ship interstate, but I just wanted to be sure. They don't say on their site.

I would guess yes, because Tractor Supply would probably be pretty strict on that when dealing with a hatchery for all of their stores.
I might be wrong though. (It's happened before.
