Is my 16 week old EE a Rooster or a Pullet?

I bought 4 EE “pullets” almost 16 weeks ago, and two have turned out to be Roosters… I was pretty sure this sweetie was a Pullet, but now I’m not sure. The tail feathers are metallic green, but not the same as the boys, there isn’t any rust color in the wings, and the comb (even though red) isn’t as large… so is this a late blooming rooster, or a pullet? The boys are in the last two photos to show comparisons.

Be very nice.
Tell them their reputation was reliable about sexing and thats why you bought your chicks from them. Tell them You Trusted them.
Tell them, you needed and specifically asked for Pullets and they did the switch a Roo!! And your NOT happy at all.
Since they are local, they might give you pullets as a replacement or.. they could say "Too bad for you". If they do that, then shame on them and right a "Bad" Review on google.
Tell them your going to tell "Everyone" they tricked you and you'll Never buy from them again.
See if that works.
Be nice at first. Pour the poor you on them about how sad you are.
Let us know what happened.
If you can, take your chickens with you.
Good Luck!!

Thats a little harsh, sexing, especially vent sexing doesnt guarentee 100% pullets.

Vent sexing is hard but, if the OP said Pullets and the OP was told they were Pullets then its worth a try because they should not be saying it if they do not know. Thats called Bait and Switch and thats illegal in all 50 states.
So, playing the Switch a Roo or acting like they know and they don't know is harsh and causes heart ache and cost for all the feed.
It's a rip off.

You’re definitely gonna need to rehome/otherwise get rid of at least two of those guys, and buy more females.
Life as a single pullet (assuming you don’t have any others) with a bunch of sex-crazy, hormonal young roosters is living hell.
