That is probably fine, but not something you want to have happen every day.So it was about 2:00pm today and it was raining and so all the chickens stayed in the coop. Amelia was sitting on her eggs but then Hope had to lay. She kicked Amelia out. Amelia was really upset but settled in another nest when Hope finished I gave Amelia her eggs back she tucked them under her. I’m glad I marked them. I’m hoping that this was okay? Now that they are back with Amelia? It didn’t affect them for me to move them right? She’s fine now and still sitting on them.
That is a lot of moving back and forth. It probably makes more sense to just set it up and leave it in place.I’m thinking of leaving her in the morning cause that’s when she gets up and blocking her off the rest of the day so Hope leaves her alone? Then removing it at night. Would this work?
