Is my Barred Rock chick a roo?

Hi all,
I am worried my Barred Rock chick might be a rooster! Here "she" is right after bringing her home, a couple days old (on the left). The rest of the photos are from today at about 4 weeks old. She is pretty skittish when I try to pick her up, but once I get her she will sit on my hand for a bit. She is bossy and my Rhode Island Red chick follows her around/hates being separated from her. She was the smallest and now she seems huge, her legs are way longer than the RI Red, but I know that's not necessarily a fair comparison. That comb and wattle have me worried! I have read that pullets are darker too and her coloring seems pretty distinct to me. What do you think???

She looks like a girl to meLighter ones are usually roos and the girls are more black.

That looks like a rooster, it seems to have double barring and its comb and wattles should not be developing yet. But I am not 100% sure.

maybe a cockeral, the only thing is its feathers are so dark it makes me want to say pullet. but other than that i think cockeral.

Thanks everyone! Dang.. not the news I was hoping for! I am going to hold out hope and keep the chick around until I know for sure. But if it is a rooster then I won't be able to keep it

Haven't logged in in a while, figured I'd provide an update here... Winifred was a cockerel after all We couldn't keep him.
