Is my chick dying or just cold?

The whole brooder is not 98 I just set the heat may to 98. I might try to give her some Nutri-Drench but how would I give it to her?
You need to get a thermometer into the warm end of the inside of the box and see what the temp is. Then the cool end. Let us know and someone will be able to help you more. Temp is everything when they are little, and giving anything by mouth if the bird is cold can be deadly.

I gave her some Nutri-Drench and she is still the same. She opens her beak like she is gasping for air. I think she might have some organ problems.

The others are doing great
Sorry to hear she didn't make it. There is always a weaker chick in any given batch that will succumb to less than ideal conditions that don't seem to phase the others. Without knowing by checking the temp you can't know if the temps were ok. Either too hot or too cold will take some young chicks down. So in the future I'd recommend you check air temps at bedding level. Better to know than guess. The others being ok isn't evidence of ideal temperature.

Sorry for your loss. She most likely had shipping stress. Small shipments can be risky, as chicks can get cold, dehydrated, and endure rough handling. I would concentrate on the remaining two, making sure they also receive the NutriDrench for a couple of days. Sprinkle chick crumbles on some paper towel around their feet, and show them the food with their beaks, and dip beaks into water. Frequently when one in a batch suffers shipping stress, there can be others.
