Is my chick ok

Ok so I'm on day 18 and I see no movement at all I'm just scared he's died on me here's a video of me candling him today

Erm, hard to say. I never bothered to candle mine after a few days, so I can't say what it should look like... BUT have you candled it from the side rather than the end? How many eggs do you have incubating? More than one right?

I had 3 but it's my first time incubating and I just wanted to try it out with a few eggs first 1 was infertile other died on like day 6

Keep it going, I think it will hatch.
Just realize that when it hatches,(if it doesn't have any other chickens around) YOU are going to be its MOMMA. (Unless you have a hen that will accept it, or can find someone with a hen or some chicks that it can live with.) Remember, chickens NEED other chickens with them. It will need Lots of attention, but just realize how cool it will be to have a chicken that will follow you around the yard.

LSO! Durring the last three days, the egg should NOT be turned. It should remain still and not moving, so that the chick can turn itsself into the proper orientation for hatching.

He was definitely dead as I cracked him open this is what I found
