Is my chick sleeping or dying?

Well I don't know how old he is but I have a cage in which there are 11 chicks {including him} 5 are big 5 and small { he has three siblings but he is the smallest }and one is a medium sized rooster.

He's dying. Get some egg yolk in him if you can, Gatorade and warm him up!

Don't use a syringe or anything you can drown a chicken that way-just gently dip his beak in. You can hold him and tip him so his beak gets a little wet then let him drink what gets on his beak. Warmth is key. If they're chilled they wont eat or drink on their own at all and they will die

Chicks need to be warm - like 95 degrees. If you don't have a heat source, put it it your shirt and put on a coat or something. They also need water. You may have to dip the beak in the water to show her how to drink.
