She's a mix. I have Leghorn crosses that look like that and have earlobes with a little white in them, but lay brown or tan eggs. This is what my full leghorns look like.

Austra White is my guess.
It’s a hybrid cross of an Australorp and something else (Leghorn or RIW?)
Anyhow, they look just like that.
White with a little bit of black specks.
I have no doubt this is an Austra White. The black doesn't show up in designated areas nor amounts. Your chicken looks mixed because it is but it's an intentional mix, not a hatchery mistake.
