Is my chicken dying?

Check her ears if its a balance issue it could be some form of ear infection

Yes, overly protruding crop can be a sign. To be sure, separate her in a crate over night without food or water and feel her crop in the morning to see if it emptied over night.
Thank you! I take their food away from they at night to keep rats away anyways so I will make sure to check tomorrow morning.

Thank you! I thought the hips were a little strange but I didn't know if that was a big thing. Is there any remedy?
Not to my knowledge. I had a Marans pullet injured after a rough mating that went from a slight limp to almost unable to use the affected limb and only when in danger was able to get up and run a few steps. It took some month but then I culled her and performed a necropsy to be sure.
