Is my coop big enough?

I have a 4x8 coop with a 8x24 run and I currently have 6 ladies who live there laying eggs happily. This year I am adding on 3 more ladies to the flock and 25 meat birds. Is this coop big enough for all of them or should I build a chicken tractor seperate for the meat birds that the ladies can use after they've been shipped to the processor?

I also have 3 turkeys coming.. should I build yet another completely separate tractor for them or can they live in the same tractor as my 25 red broilers?

You most definitely need a separate area for the meat birds. I don't know what folk do with turkey

Meat birds definitely need a separate house and turkey's also need a separate house because of the risk of blackhead

Turkeys get pretty big... I think you should consider an enclosure for just them

Agree with the above - see some housing construction in the near future for you.
