Is my coop/run big enough for 3?

Only if they get along *really* well, which they won't since they're chickens, so I'm going to have to go with no. I think you need double that space.

I may need to go with Plan B - expand but, I'm going to continue free-ranging for now. Out of the three (BR, EE, RIR), 2 get along really well so if I need to turn to Plan C - downsize, I'll keep the two that get along most (BR & EE).

Yeah that's what I'm doing right now too. I have a run and house that's much too small for the number I have so they are out free ranging all day. I'm working on building a much larger house and run for them, if it would stop raining!
