I'm not sure what your referring too, the egg in the photo looks like a late quiter to me, If you have an a egg that looks similar, You can post a picture and we might be able to tell you if its alive or not.

@BlackArtCreations can you be a little more specific? Do you mean a gray spot on the outside of the shell, or gray looking while candling?

It got darker, I think it's dead, dont see any movement anymore

You're right! It's a goner. Get it out of the incubator in case it explodes! I hear thats a horrible mess to clean up.
