Is my duck molting?

This is the first full year I have had my ducks , they are 1 year and 4 months old and I noticed my one ducks feathers look bad and my other ducks feathers are beginning to look the same. Attached are some pictures of what I’m talking about

Looks a little lick wet feather. Do they have access to swimming daily? Although my duckies' feathers can look poorly if they get super muddy splashing around in rain puddles.

Yes they have access to fresh water daily. But I’ve never seen this happen before
 
What feed are you feeding them? If they have access to swim daily I would bet their diet is low in methionine which is a crucial amino acid for feather development. I have one duck who has to be on a feed with higher levels of methionine otherwise her feathers look rough.
