Is my EE hen a rooster?

She’s 10-wks old but I’m curious if this is the beginning of saddle feathers. Is this a rooster?

I agree with @sourland, she has a small comb and female colors

The comb looks female, the hackle feathers SEEM rounded, but I'm not positive, and the saddle feathers look male. The colors are not relevant, actually.

I agree re: comb. It’s the back feathers that confuse me. I’ve seen some other EE roosters this color that had little combs.
