Is my egg okay?

I took this photo yesterday when I was using a heating pad and towels to incubate it. The veins can easily be seen and there’s no doubt it’s alive.

then I got this cheap little plastic incubator, it has me a little worried.

It says on the instructions to put the pointed side down, so it looks like it might be that the veins are in a place I can’t see them. Although it really looks like the veins are cloudy. The booklet says that’s a sign of death.

Also it’s been seven days of incubation, this first pic was taken on the sixth.

Could someone with more experience help lend me a hand?
 
Do you have an accurate 2nd thermometer in the incubator?
Did you let the incubator heat for 24 hours before you put the eggs in?
It's hard to tell from the pictures but it doesn't look good. Leave them in for a couple more days and see if anything has changed.

The pamphlet said to preheat for 20 minutes before. Wish I heard about the 24 hour thing before, but it’s pretty accurate to the temp. I’ll wait it out and see what happens, thank you for the help
