Looks like a hen with five toes.

The fifth toe is different places on different breeds and individuals. Above the fourth toe is not an uncommon place for the extra digit.

I need a better pic,it looks that I see saddle feathers...

FWIW - all chickens have saddle feathers. The difference being that males have long, pointy, shiny "Fabio" saddle feathers and females have saddle feathers that are like the feathers on the rest of their body....such as on this nice little hen. "Saddle" simply refers to the area of the body on which the feathers originate.
