Is my incubator faulty or my eggs ? Need help

I am at day 8 and only two eggs out of 10 show veins 3 eggs show blood rings and other show nothing..i am soo sad because they are eggs of my two late hens who died from new castle disease..i am completely new in this.what causes these blood rings and what causes faulty hatching.please guide me

I try to hatch those eggs which laid before sickness.other eggs i disposed off

Well from what I see, your fan should not be blowing at the eggs, should be aimed at the side wall to diffuse the hot air around the bulb. Plus your making the eggs get hot and cold every time your switch kicks on and off. And if your humidity drop for a while the eggs are really gonna dry out. You might consider making improvements to the layout of your incubator next time. From what I see your eggs are gonna have an iffy time in there. I can help advise a better setup if you need it.
