Looks like she has some runny poop and is getting pecked/caught on something. You can clip away her feathers where there is poop. It’s easier to do if someone is holding her while you clip or vice versa.
Keep an eye on her and her flockmates to see if there is pecking, and check her surroundings for thorns, sharp wire, or anything else that could be catching on her earlobe. She doesn’t look sick to me, so I’m thinking pecking/being caught on something is the issue here. Good luck!

When a chicken starts to weaken the others will start to peck it, since they are cannibals they will even kill the chicken and eat it. If you have a dog cage put it in the house in the cage and keep it warm and keep an eye on it. I would de-worm the chicken with Diatomaceous Earth.
