The little guy follows them around and when I took him away they quacked like crazy.... BUT they seem to be picking on him and I want to know if I should take him back because I don't want anything bad to happen to him...

Help please!!

I would divide the brooder with plastic poultry fence and raise them side by side, with some supervised visit time, until the new little is the same height as the others. It goes so quickly!

I agree 100% even a little picking on a 3 day old could be life threatening .

Yep, I am with the others. I would separate them so they can see each other but the others cant harm him.
The duckling is so so so cute >.<

Thank you everyone for your advice!!! They have been separated even though all he wants to do is be by them :( breaks my lil heart but I know it's best for him... Biddy will have to wait till he's bigger to play with Booger and Bee

Supervised play time when you can be with them will help hopefully. They are so precious.
