Is my other rooster a rooster? (with better pictures)

Number one is definately a roo. He has tail feathers coming in and irridescent back feathers. Can't see enough of the second one's tail but looks more henish.

By the way, I am looking at the second set of photos.

Also, these hackle feathers, they are more elongate on a rooster rather than stubby? I had read something like pointy vs rounded.
So if this thing is a rooster, is it an inferior one? The hens beat him up sometimes and he just seems like not much benefit would come from him...
I have three younger males that stay in the little coop in the picture there. I was thinking that if this chicken in question is a rooster he would be better replaced by one of the younger male birds to provide more flock protection. Opinions? I have 20 birds so two roosters is what it seems I should have.

IMO The last pic shows the tail and to me it looks rooish. My EE pullets to not have tails that long and she is 14 weeks too.

I'm sure yours is a roo - he's just not the dominant one, but he will mature.
