I've just captured someones peacock three days ago and the owners haven't come back and we're thinking about keeping it. I've noticed that she hasn't eaten a normal amount of food and her droppings are white. She's been sneezing off and on and I need to know if something might be wrong with her

Any chance you can take her to a vet?

I have her enclosed with some chickens I own could that cause and physical problems?

Solid white poop is not normal, so there is something going on. Caring for a sick bird does require time and money to buy proper medications. Could be dehydration, worms, bacterial infection, fungal infection or a protozoal infection like coccidiosis or blackhead.

We have a number of pea poop experts here...can you post poop pictures???

Sometimes they can give you a good idea of the problem that way...

I keep the peacock and my chickens on a platform and I always hose it off so I can't send a picture instantly
