I just assumed all the mainline hatcheries were, but now looking on their site, I don't see
anything about it. I just ordered from them last week. Did I make a mistake?

Well, maybe yes and no - Mypetchicken is not a hatchery - they are like a broker for the hatcheries - just not sure which ones - they sell chicks that are bascially drop-shipped from - I think - Meyers? So technically they don't need to be NPIP, and also, they can't be, because they don't hatch chicks on their premises.
