Is my polish chicks crest normal?

I have an almost 6 week polish chick, don't know gender yet, that I am curious about. This past week, the crest is starting to only grow to one side and is very lopsided. I haven't seen any other chicks peck at her feathers, unless it is late at night when I'm not around, so I'm assuming it is just the way it is growing. Is this normal or is something wrong?

Thanks, does this mean she/he is still a ways from being ready to be moved out to the coop?

My Polish crest is lopsided too! It looked like yours when it’s was younger. Crest has grown in more but is much fuller on one side than the other.
