Is my silkie a pure breed?

Hey all, new to silkie chickens here. We recently purchased a new silkie and upon doing some research, noticed that the crest is not the standard silkie type. Is this just a regressive silkie gene? or could this be a mixed breed? Everything else seems to be regular silkie, although she does have some firm feathers in her wings (not sure if this is normal)

We have this hen and the cockerel in the 2nd image. If I was looking to breed the two, would a high % of the chicks have the same crest? Is it possible to breed it out?

They look to be pure silkies just very poor quality. You would need a better crested silkies to be able to breed that into your current bloodline to be able to get that larger crest. Plus you hen has a single comb which wouldn’t be the best to breed with.
