Is my silkie just smaller than a regular sized silkie breed?

My silkie seems much smaller than online pi tires and videos of silkies. Shes my only one in a standard sized flock. Shes small enough to stand both feet in my palm. Unless I have big hands which I dont think so . Lol but I believe shes 10 months and turns 1 year with me March. Shes a beared silkie. So is it normal for them to still be tiny?

Can you post a recent picture of her and a picture of your regular sized chicken?

I can find one but there mostly of her laying down. I'll try and find one of her standing as she s the same size in every one.

This is the only recent one of her. Very bad quality but it shows her just perching in her hands.

I am wondering as well. We hatched Silkie eggs from Craigslist. 4 are similar in size to the bird posted and 1 is much larger just a bit smaller than standard sized birds.

My pullets are about that size. Can you weigh her on a kitchen scale? Mine weigh about one and a half pounds at most (800 gr).
