is roo old enough to produce fertile eggs

i have a bantam light brahma roo that has started crowing, and feather shuffling to other chicks. is he old enough to produce fertile eggs with my nearly year old bantam light brahma hen? i want to get this breed started for spring. here is a pic of him i will post one of her later.

sorry typeing glitch. he is 4 months old around about. he was hatched on 11-4-09. he came from ideal
she is almost 2 she came from mcmurry
