Can you get a better pic of the saddle area? Those look pointed to me.

I will try next time I go out. I always have trouble judging saddle feathers unless they are really prominent.

Mine are crowing at least by 24 weeks, some younger than that. ALL of mine that I thought were pullets that mounted others have become cockerels.

I'll definitely have to keep an eye out . No crowing or eggs. She mounted one of my little girls. But until recently, I hadn't noticed any masculine indicators.

This is my first Orloff. Very beautiful. And she does so well in the flock.

I was shocked when I saw my "pullet" mount another pullet..... until it turned into a boy!

Looks like a very grumpy girl, as if in one look she’s saying, “You think I’m a cockerel? Really?” .

I don't know... I can't say for sure without seeing more pictures of the saddle area, but it looks like it could have male saddle feathers there.

Almost all of my hens have spurs. That's not uncommon in Mediterranean breeds.
On older hens, some are almost 2" long.
