Is She a HE?

I don't know... I can't say for sure without seeing more pictures of the saddle area, but it looks like it could have male saddle feathers there.
I will post more pictures when I get a chance. Slow-developing cockerels like to sneak in now and then. I'll keep her either way. She has a good temperament (but she likes to jump and kick/attack things when there is a fence between her and another).

Another question related to the picture. Is that a feed mill in the background?
No feed mill, though that would be something! Looking at the picture, it's one side of the garage, a table [and chairs] with pots and planters, a wheelbarrow, and a tractor. There is also a tote or two, but those are only out because I had Christmas wreaths stored in them and I'm decorating.

I agree, I'd keep him/her regardless of the technicality of what sex it is. A beautiful bird is a beautiful bird any way you look at it.

Sorry about that. It would be something and quite convenient.
I've worked in enough feed mills in my life that I can spot the silhouette from 10 miles away. Look at pictures of feed mills and your backdrop appears similar.

I see what you mean. That would be incredible, to have access to a feed mill. Thanks for the reference pictures.
