Third one is out! I'm really concerned though, it was supposed to hatch tomorrow but think it heard the other chicks peeping so it wanted to come put sooner.

Anyway it has.....convulsions

like it wants to throw up. The shell was Really bloody too. I'm thinking it was to early.
Other than that it seems fine, its eyes are open and cheeping to mama.
I hope it will be fine.

Haha! It's been awhile since I updated this thread. Sorry bout that.

Minnie has hatched every single one of the eggs. 7 hatched healthy but one hatched with a very vaulted skull. She ended up not making it.

5 went to their new home with three children to love them.

I kept two, because they were the smallest, and not ready to leave their mama. One disappeared, and I haven't seen her since.

She was my favorite too.

I still have one though.

I named her Dixi. She just started laying eggs too! Tiny brownish eggs. Its such a treat to go into the coop and see one sitting in the nest box.
