Is she choking ??? Help

I'm no vet by any means, but some quick google searches pulled up...

dexamethasone - anti-inflamitory
tetracycline - used to treat a wide variety of infections

So, with that information, thinking she had an infection and swelling that was causing her some trouble. Sounds like you made the right call taking her to the vet.

The thing is that this vet is not an avian specialist, and he gave her a shot, which I don't know if it's enough if she has an infection. I've read here that chickens react much better to oral treatment than intramuscular. But I guess I'll have to wait and see if the symptoms come back, right?

I hope I can find my town's avian specialist if that happens! He wasn't around today

If he didn’t send you home with any, it’s possible he used a long acting injection that maintains levels in the animals system for days. Glad she is feeling better.

Guys she is doing it again and my vet isn't available until Saturday. That's a lot if it's a respiratory infection or gapeworm. I'd like to start treatment ASAP. How can I differentiate between gapeworm and respiratory infections?

How is she doing now?

She is alive only because we are giving her corticosteroids. Otherwise she is suffocating.

The diagnosis has recently changed to wet pox because white patches appeared on her throat.

There isn't a solution for this, isnt it? I'm thinking about culling her

There is a vaccine for Pox that you can use to slow the disease. To help the sores from developing a bacterial infection, you can use a cotton swab to apply Betadine to each sore.
