is she TO OLD TO LAY eggs ??

I am not familiar with this breed, but in this picture the hen on the left side is hunched over, tail down and looks unhealthy. Are they still moulting and did you check them for parasites like mites, lice and worms?

They are very healthy no illness I'm pretty sure they eat a lot had them day ago but i wish if I can know what age are they cuz I seen pics on Google saying first time laying eggs they looked younger seller told me they havent laid eggs yet means they supposed to be fresh but I think he is lying I still can return the hens to seller or ask him to change them
This breed not common it's kinda sad I did seen a thread in this site about them and I tried interact with the guy maybe he is expert but sadly thread was on 2013 ...
And I'm sure I'm not getting answers from that guy .

What about this one it's a maran young chicken ? I don't think it's old supposed to start laying eggs soon

Sorry to tell you, but this is not a Marans and by the way it looks will still take some time to lay.
To me it looks like some crested mutt/mix.

If you’ve only had them for a day how do you know they aren’t sick? That one particular hen doesn’t look well.

Hello I own 3 hens of asil breed I have noticed their legs color and face looks deferent this one legs are yellow , her face not fully red like her sisters (((( pictures 1 and 2 ))))
But her 2 sisters legs pale and face fully red (((( pictures 3 and 4 ))))
And this one leg nails looks tall
Is this one to old to lay eggs anymore ? What age could she be I wonder

The first hen looks like she may have ocular Marek’s. She has a strangely colored eye and her pupil looks odd. However, I don’t know enough about that strain of Marek’s to be sure. You should start a new thread about her. If she does have it, then all your chickens are carriers of the disease.
