Dad was a Legbar, Mum was a red sex link. Legbar females have the crest which is why your pullet has that too. The bird in question is a cockerel, no doubt. Very pretty birds.

I agree with those who said cockeral... But remember that nobody knows! LOL... I hatched one that I was positive was a rooster and then one day, IT LAID AN EGG! LOL... I was so amazed!

Well it looks like most of you think its a boy. Should I get more hens then? Now or later... If I do- how do I introduce them :s I have a 7m old Australorp hen too. She actually seems to be in charge of Juniour 'Roo' at the moment. Do you think this will continue or will he take over her as he gets bigger/older. Should I hatch/buy? So many questions! lol. Thanks for taking the time to answer. they are pretty. Ive been lucky and Im quite proud of them LOL.
