Heritage means, original, or showline. They're not the normal Barred Rock from hatcheries."Is there a difference between heritage and regular barred rock?"
Quotes from Meyer's descriptions:

"Average mature weight: roosters 7 to 7 1/2 lbs.; hens 6 lbs."

"Average mature weight: roosters 9 1/2 lbs.; hens 7 1/2 lbs. "
So their heritage ones are supposed to weigh more than their normal ones. Other than that, I think "heritage" is a mostly a marketing term that goes with a higher price. I'm guessing the not-heritage ones lay more eggs but look less pretty, because that's how it goes with most hatchery birds.
But you do not have either kind of Barred Rock, because all Barred Rocks have single combs. So your bird is something else, probably a Dominique. It's the most common rose comb, barred chicken in the US.
