Is there a difference between Indian run eggs and other duck breed eggs?

My Indian runners have eggs of the size of chicken eggs and they are blue. My mom says that the eggs are easier on her stomach and system. Are Indian runner eggs different from other duck eggs when it comes to taste and how they are digested? Are there any other differences?
