Is there a drop in posts on BYC?

Has anyone else noticed a drop in posts on BYC since the new format?

Yes, I don't post as much or browse as much since the change. Not because I don't like it, but because the site is so slow now.

I think certain sections may have been affected more than others.

My guess is yes. I cannot read the site let alone post. It is slow, frustrating, and not compatible with my ancient computer. I am pretty much giving up on it. I don't have the time for it anymore; its not worth the hassle. A shame really, and I sure hope they don't upgrade the sister sites.

I have spent a lot less time here since the move. Just don’t have patience for looking through everything one by one. I liked the old colors better. Now everything is blue and white and lighter blue and darker blue. I miss the little chickies dancing when there was a new post. The new setup gives me a headache. I'll try to check in once in a while but don't enjoy it as much as I used to. Me leave again now.

Yes, loads of people didn't like the change.


I personally am getting used to most of it, but still the auctions are bugging me so much. I've got eggs waiting to go, but, I think I'll just wait til the auctions get a little more "normal" looking.

When did all this happen? I've been gone for quite a while, so this is the first time signing on in several months.

I thought the way they had it was much better.
