Your climate may make a difference as well so....
Where in the world are you located?
Please add your general geographical location to your profile.
It's easy to do, then it's always there!

I added a couple screenshots to show how.
Just follow the the numbers.

Did this non stop crowing just start or has he always done it?
Could be spring fever, or something is prowling around.
Are they confined to a run or do they free range?

Try to position the coop to face the North Pole.
From what I read years ago, there have been studies performed on North facing coops where understand that the magnetic pull on their throats has an effect on diminishing the tonal timbre of their vocal chords.
I can't promise anything but I'll try to find a link.
I follow the Science.

I think I read that article. It was pretty old so not sure on its reliability.
The magnetic pull seems to have a real effect on birds. If I'm not mistaken it's how migratory birds find their way and also has something to do with why ostrich stick their heads in the sand.

There is a rooster collar for sale on My Pet chicken, if you fit it right, it usually works, they help you with the fit.
If anyone is interested, I have two beautiful Plymouth Barred Rock hens for sale, four months old. Thirty dollars for the pair. Exit 41, three miles, Newnan Ga.
Remove his head.
Sorry, but that's about the only surefire way.
Some crow a lot, others not so much.

More info might help.
Knowing more about your chickens,
-your flock size(numbers, ages, genders),
- your coop(size in feet by feet with pics).
