Is there a way to tell how old my hens are?

I was given two hens by a neighbor . They didn't know how old they were as the hens were given to them as well. I would really like to have an idea of their age. I'm knew to this chicken adventure so as much detail as possible would be appreciated! Thanks!

No there is really no way too tell the age. They seem young though.
