Is there any hope for this chick, appears to have siezures then flops onto his back

Please bear with me, it's been a couple of years since I hatched my own chicks so I'm a bit out of practice when it comes to dealing with them. I have a chick that is three days old, I happened to notice today that he is much smaller than the other chicks, like hasn't grown at all, and also had a pasty butt. He was having a hard time standing up so I took him away from the others and cleaned up his rear end. He has been pretty lethargic since I got him cleaned up. I now have him in a box on my desk under a lamp so I can keep an eye on him.

He seems to be just fine except every now and then he starts peeping loudly then tries to scratch his head violently until he falls over. Then he either gets stuck on his back until I flip him over or does a wierd thing where he curls his neck over and shakes his head with his beak partially open as if he's trying to get something out of his throat. I've been trying to give him some sugar water but he doesn't seem interested. He will occasionally peck at a piece of apple (I gave some to his hatch-mates this morning and they loved it) but he has no real desire to eat.

He did manage to get a good explosive poop out of him after I cleaned him up so that appears to be working fine.

Is there something else I should be doing or something I'm doing wrong or is this chick doomed?

Wry neck perhaps? Which could be a genetic issue or a vitamin deficiency. With respect to the latter, here's a website with one recipe for the treatment of wry neck.

I just hopped on BYC because I came home to my 2.5 week old white silkie who won't put her neck back when she drinks, reaches between her legs and then will summersault. I separated her from the other chicks out of concern that she may have something that could harm them. She is quite upset and stressed by the quarantine won't eat or drink ..... it looks like something neurological. She has been eating medicated starter and drinking manna pros life lytes. Any thoughts? Should i keep her away from the others?
