Is there anyway to tell if this is ocular Mareks or Coloboma?

I just got this chicken today. I didn’t notice her eye until AFTER I put her in the same garden with my flock. She is separated but I’m sooooo worried now. Hoping it’s just coloboma. Where I rescued her from was filthy and she was neglected. I have no information and cannot ask the owners anything. How can I tell the difference of this is Mareks or Coloboma?

Doesn't look like mareks to me, usually the Iris turns gray, but I haven't had experience with it. I hope someone with experience comes along for you.
situations like this is why the one month quarantine period is highly recommended.
 
It looks like a coloboma, a keyhole shaped pupil. It is a birth defect that affects humans, birds and animals. Mareks causes greying of the iris, and the pupil may appear small and irregular shaped. Here is one picture of a BYC owner’s chicken with ocular mareks:
