Is this a Bantam Cochin (Pekin) Roo?

I was sold this little 4 month old mottled Cochin Roo. I have concerns with how slender his neck is and the shape of the tail feathers. Is this really a Bantam Cochin? If it is a mix, will the offspring not be considered Bantam Cochin if I breed him to my Bantam Cochin girls? I just want to be honest with my customers. I’m not expecting show quality birds, just honesty.

Included are pictures of his supposed father. I’m still waiting on pictures of the black Bantam Cochin mama.

I would say his dad is a Cochin cross. And he looks like a Cochin cross also. So his offspring would probably be Cochin crosses just probably looking more like a bantam Cochin.

They're both mixed breeds, and he's not pure for color, either. There's no harm in breeding him but if you sell his chicks I'd sell them as mixed breeds rather than Cochins.
