He should be coming to me from Thailand soon!

Hoping to have a female to go with him. I have to say, betta breeding has sure taken these fish a long way from when I was a kid. Looking for name suggestions. I have never imported a fish from so far away so keep him in your safety prayers!

ahhh He's grogeous!! Is it an actual betta like around here or a different type. He looks bigger, But he sure is beautiful!! I've got 3 aquariums which I need to go clean now that I think of it..LOL good luck with your fishy!! whishin him safe travels.

I'm sure it is just a close up photo and he is normal betta size. I have a pretty blue 'Libby' style male in my 55 gallon community tank who is just a love. This fellow will go in a planted 10 gallon until I get another large tank. I might even take him to work if the bosses don't freak. I have not bred bettas before but this one is worth a try I think if I can get a female of the same color type. BTW- his variety is called crown tail. They come in many stunning color varieties.
