Did you make any decisions? Rachel looks like some kind of game fowl to me. I can't find any pictures of chicks, but she looks like she could grow into a Black Mug Game Fowl. Which would go along with the possible fighting ring theory. Following to see how this ends... :pop

Decisions? Sorry I’m not quite sure what you are referring to. I do think it’s a chicken, though. After reading everyone’s comments, I’m leaning towards game fowl/ Sumatra / probably stray fighting chicken. That makes the most sense at the moment. But I’m going to keep posting update photos maybe this group can help me nail down the breed/ mix of breeds as it gets older
 
Perhaps someone in the neighborhood you found it in could help with how it came to be there? It is a long shot, but probably the best you have for explaining how it got where it was.
