Is this a cockerel?

I am wondering if this is a cockerel (first 3 pics), as he/ she is bigger than the other americauna (4th pic) I have who are the same age. Also this one has long feathers on their side as the other doesn't yet. I'm not familiar with this breed at all so not sure what markings I'm looking for. Thanks in advance!
