Yeah, it's definitely not pecking- all of the chickens are quite polite with each other nowadays- 7 months now!!! I will try the iodine and hope that it all clears up soon. Actually, I think one of them had it like a month ago and she is healed now, but she must have spread it to the others. She didn't have it nearly so bad and I thought it was just some small pecking wounds or something. I will just keep an eye on them and make sure it doesn't start getting really bad.
Does anyone know if there's anything I can feed them that would help them get better? Would vitamin C help their immune system like it does ours??? (I know that's probably really far fetched, but it's worth asking!)
