Is This A Dutch Or What

We have one bantam rooster and not sure exactly what his breed Dutch we think. and what would his color be. he is a 4-H project, He was given to us.

Looks to be either a Old English Game or one of the "Hatchery" Dutch. They are frequently crossed with Old English.
I am betting more on Old English though. To see pictures of actual Dutch bantams, go to my website listed below.
 
He is neither a old english or dutch. He's too bulky in the body.. I'd expect a cross.. A production breed actually i don't know which though.


ETA: Old english look a lot like the bird above, but have red earlobes instead of white.
