Is this a good transformer/adaptor to use?

Hey guys, I was looking in our storage and eventually found an old transformer/adaptor, whatever you wanna call it, here are some pictures of it hope its okay to use for my incubator im gonna make! Can someone please tell me if it'll work on the CPU Fan? THANKS HEAPS IF YOU CAN!

I also have 3 more adapters that are all 240V except for one which says 100-240V? Hmm



Incase you cant see that ^ it says :
INPUT: AC 240V ~ 50Hz 14W
OUTPUT: DC 9V ------ 800mA

I used a 120v to wire up to my fan. I don't know if it makes a difference or not.
