Is this a male or female? and is it an americauna?

I am 100% positive that that is a americuana and It looks like a rooster to me I have 3 hens and a rooster of those
I am 100% sure it is not an Ameraucana. It is an Easter Egger. Ameraucanas are a rare breed. Hatcheries make you believe you are ordering something you are not. They get you by misspelling the breed name as well.

Ameraucanas come in 8 colours: Blue, Black, Blue Wheaten, Wheaten, White, Brown Red, Silver and Buff

What are Easter Egg chickens?
The Ameraucana Breeders Club defines an Easter Egg chicken or Easter Egger as any chicken that possesses the blue egg gene, but doesn’t fully meet any breed descriptions as defined in the APA and/or ABA standards. Further, even if a bird meets an Ameraucana standard breed description, but doesn’t meet a variety description or breed true at least 50% of the time it is considered an Easter Egg chicken. By definition it is not a breed of chicken.
